The tiny yellow bear figurine showcased here is Howdy. Who is a character in Hello Kitty’s World and being part of the Sanrio universe. He has tiny little eyes filled with kindness and his signature bright red bow tie. 

My small Hello Kitty collection of stackable street set is one of my sister’s and I’s toys that have all their pieces together in one location, often because I would take this set to me to different places. Howdy came with the park set, which featured a Ferris wheel and ice cream vendor stands.
