This white and red cat figurine is of course, Hello Kitty. Who is the main character in Hello Kitty’s World and apart of the Sanrio universe. She is known to always wear her signature red bow, she has black eyes and a little yellow nose. 

When browsing through toy aisles Hello Kitty toys use to be more rare, but it seems especially now with the popularity of key chains adapted from cartoons and blind bags that there has been a resurgence in the Sanrio universe. Each of the two miniville sets I had for Hello Kitty, the convenience store and the park each came with a Hello Kitty. We tend to have a lot of versions of her in our toy boxes.
