This figurine is Cousin Daisy, who is a sister to Diego. She was a minor character in the show but was an add-on to the Dora Playhouse set. She can move at the hips and her knees too. She wears a birthday crown, a ruffled shirt, white pants, and loafers to coincide with her outfit. 

This figurine came with a birthday cake and is in a crown because she is celebrating her 15th birthday. I recall her having a birthday dress that went over the outfit she wears now.
