Runt of the Litter is an iconic character from the Chicken Little movie and was featured in the Disney franchise that could be bought from the Disney Stores that used to be in malls across America. Runt is wearing his blue jacket and white button-up shirt from the movie and his little blue hat. This is a PVC toy made of Polyvinyl chloride, which is found in most collectible toys. 

This figurine has been through the tumble, featuring a few bite marks from my dog when I was younger and a couple of scratches, and missing a foot from intense playtime.
