Polly is from a 2006 line of McDonald’s Happy Meal toys for the Pollyworld movie. She has short blonde hair, a pink tank top, and orange pants. 

My sisters remember this Polly Pocket specifically came with the Pollyworld collection of McDonald’s toys, which had a little container shaped like an item from the movie and a change of clothes. Her container cassette was a microphone.
