Polly is from a 2008 Polly Pocket line of McDonald’s Happy Meal toys. She has long blonde curly hair and wears a long purple dress with a silver necklace. 

Her toy came with a small red limousine with her pet cat, and if I remember correctly it came with stickers you could use to decorate the limo. That is one of the features I miss most from Happy Meal Toys was the customization.
